I may well take ya up on that offer one of these days! I have had no luck trying to figure out how to Operate this Windows Movie Maker thingie doodad... with the little bit of time I have to try to. Also still can't figure out why my Vid Quality from W10 GameDVR still wonks out.

Is the video file played locally fine, or is something happening when youtube encodes it? It's definitely dropping frames, but youtube doesn't show that it is on my end which makes me think it's happening when it's recorded. Maybe a different codec... WMV?

Huh, I didn't know it was dropping Frames... for me my game continues to play seamlessly as I Record, then I Play the Vid back in Windows Media Player, YouTube, or anything else, & at parts of the Vid, it acts like it's having a problem Rendering all of the Resolution & there's ugly Under-Res Rendering in parts of the Vid.

well... that's interesting. All I saw was you smoothly panning around and then there is a skip with lost time. That kind of thing.
