Infinite is back in the YAML for drones. is it safe again?
I don't think it's odd exactly. It might have been better to make a combat sv/utility sv split and putting the mining turret on a utility sv.
But from a space adventurer perspective I love the idea of being able to load up my CV with resources directly from asteroids and thus not needing to mine on a planet ever.
Well in some games they do have these giant mining ships that are over 300m long. I know Star Citizen has a mining ship that is going to be as big as a carrier .
I would like to report that the Klingon Empire find these Drill Turrets "Acceptable" We'll take 1000 of your drill turrets. Qapla!!! .lol
And Make sure you have a harvester or the bridge of your ship might end up looking like this. Floating ore everywhere. lol
No, 5.1 has no savegame break afaik. You just will miss the new Playfield changes
PLEASE NOTE: WE LL WIPE THE ELEON EXPERIMENTAL SERVER TODAY
I would have to agree, but you know I designed the Tortoise as a mining vessel when I found out the mining turret was coming.
I even made it act as a "streetlight" over the on-planet mining pit.
Oh well, oh waah.
For this please check the HWS Forum / Official forum out as soon as I am at home. We prepared something big
// Eleon Experimental Server is up to date & wiped
Last I heard the Devs have already said SVs are NEVER getting Turrets. Thus far that I know of SV Manual Fire Drills have not been shot down...
Where numbers?.... How many per every class?
It is a good day to mine!
Im relatively new to the game and pondering the same thing, can I continue or should I start fresh. Could you elaborate what does Playfield changes mean actually as I don't have an idea what Playfield is/does?
you continue too impress , looking forward too trying out the changes
It is a GOOD DAY TO MINE. lol
Klingons mining music.
Ok cool, as per usual then. Just wanted to check I'd not miss out on CV Mining Turrets and the like
planet/orbit get generated according to the default setup files (playfield.yaml) when you visit them 1st time and saved in your savegame folder..after that any change in default files won't show up in your savegame...so if you visited any planet/orbit...any new changes introduced in default planet/orbit (called playfields) by the new update won't show up in you savegame but if you visiting the place for the 1st time (even if the save game is very old)..any new changes introduced by new game update will showup there....and by new things I meant planet decos (plants/rocks/terrain etc), POIs, loots and mobs.... any new item should be unlocked from tech tree and made by constructor/food processor
Im still on Akua building my first CV, so I can go on explore all the latest things on other planets. Great! Thanks for the info.
