You put your bottles into the big tank and then you place the oxygen forget the name of it to stand on and get oxygen from the big storage tanks with the small bottles inside of it.

Once I had it figured out, I liked it a lot! The troubles I had getting my O2 refilled was a learning curve for the most part. I wouldn't change anything.

Its very confusing to understand, but i think there should be a slot in the character inventory to place the oxygen tanks

Complicated, but awesome. Please don't dumb it down. It's a very important part of space survival and should be complicated :)

I can't figure out how to power the Generator. I built a line of blocks out from my base but no power makes it to the generator.

To power your creations, you need a generator and fuel tanks. Put the fuel into the fuel tanks, hit 'Y' when you're highlighting the generator to turn it on if you're building a base, otherwise jump into the cockpit and hit 'Y' to turn on the power to your vehicle.

Yeah. I got that, but the Oxygen Generator isn't powered. The rest of my base works fine.

It's good, but could use a bit of work.

It seems to me that if you put an oxygen bottle into the oxygen tank, any time you get too close to the oxygen station, it will consume an oxygen bottle. Perhaps some way to make the oxygen bottle items have full/half full/empty states or something, rather than being consumed fully whenever you use an oxygen station. Granted, oxygen isn't exactly difficult to make, you start with an oxygen generator in the escape pod. Place it in water and put in 1 fuel cell and after it runs out, you get something like 20 oxygen bottles.

Perhaps also some way to enhance the oxygen capacity of the suit itself, such as draining an oxygen bottle directly in your inventory. To make it fair, it could be that oxygen bottles cannot stack together (except maybe in cargo boxes) and it is less efficient to drain them from your inventory than using an oxygen station.

Also, some method to supply oxygen within enclosed bases would be great. Unsure if it works on capital ships as I haven't built one in survival yet.

The oxygen generator has it's own power slots built in to it. Just place energy pack in to it and it'll turn on.

Pretty good concept! Do ships automatically keep your oxygen levels up when you are in them provided with the right requirements?
This is exactly what I've been thinking. :)
