In the Wolves Origin start you will fight and protect the traders to make your profit, to buy what is needed for the Wolves to build and grow into bigger better things. Fight and defend territory from assaults of pirates. As a Freelance Origin you will mine the resources to sell for Credets to make it rich and buy the bigger better things for yourself or your crew. And build your trading empire and own your planet. As a Lawless Origin you care for one thing what you can take to make your profits and steal what you need to build your criminal empire. As a Space Nomade Origin you have no bases no home but your ship/ships and your territory. You survive in the darkness of space quietly trading with anyone that will trade with you or stealing it and hiding agian. You fight amongst yourselves or unit the tribes and take what you need to survive the harshness of space. Cool. I may just join you when 6 drops then. I read your steam group rules and if I am reading it correctly nomads don't get to build there own CVS. Is that true because, let's face it, building your own stuff is part of the fun with EGS
No no no they (Nomads) just don't get to build BA bases on planets it for the hardcore gamers needing an added challenge to there gaming in EGS
Nomads seems to look like the faction for me. I like hiding and mining in the asteroid field in alpha 6.0 and building ships from the collected resource. I'm hoping (but it's not likely) that the devs will introduce salvaging, then I could risk venturing into battle fields to strip parts off the less fortunate and tow derelicts back to the far reaches of space. I only have one question. Server location? I Live in New Zealand and more worried about lag than anything else.
