Not sure if this is a "bug" or an "intended feature" :)

In Creative game, God Mode, use of <cntl> with movement keys allow for fast movement ... W, A, S, D ... but not C and Spacebar. The <shift> modifier seems to work fine as does the <cntl><shift>, just not the <cntl> alone for the Up/Down movment.

    Repeatable: Yes
    Type: Minor, Just an inconvenience

    Steps to repeat:
    1. Enter a Creative game
    2. Enter God Mode
    3. Use <cntl> to move W, A, S, D
    4. Use <cntl> to move C, Spacebar - notice the difference

This has been the case since I started playing back in 9.4. A mild annoyance. Even if it is by design (which I don't know if it is or not), I would like to be able to use ctrl with the up and down keys.

    Build: 1.5.6 3446
    Mode: Survival
    Mode: Single Player / Multiplayer

    Reproducibility: Always
    Severity: Trivial

    Type: Character movement

Summary: When using the Ctrl-key alone to increase the god-mode movement speed it only increases left/right and forward/backward speed, but not up/down. Shift / Ctrl+Shift work as expected.

    Description:
This is a minor inconsistency with god-mode movement speed. Pressing Ctrl+space or Ctrl+c in god mode does not accelerate the vertical movement in the same way that ctrl+wasd does for the other axes.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Enter a game and activate god mode
    2. Hold the shift-key and move in all 3 axes. Your movement speed is increased in all directions.
    3. Hold the ctrl-key and move in all 3 axes. Note that the vertical movement is not accelerated.
    4. Hold ctrl+shift keys and move in all 3 axes. Your movement speed is increased in all directions
