Official Eleon Default MP, but I believe this can be done in all versions. When warping to a new location, you can begin the shield activation process just prior to warping, & save that power up time upon arrival. To recreate: - Ensure your shield is off - Lock your destination target - Aim your crosshairs on that target - Activate your shield - Immediately press the warp key You will warp like normal, but while warping, your shield will begin charging, which saves several seconds upon arrival. It seems there is a delay after activating your shield, where the game does not recognize the shield has been activated. Therefore, it does not prevent the warp sequence. Since activating a shield during the warp phase was recently fixed, I assume this is also unintended.
