i recently started again and joined a random MP server all was fine untill i placed a base with blueprint adn it core got blown up by Xenos drone (made of carbon shield down oops) replaced it and ever sinds the capacitor unit turns it self off every 1-2 sec now on any structure it cant be turned on no idea how i can fix it none of my faction members can turn it on
seen some post about it but none seem to havea the fix for this other than Wipe server (its not mine cant do that) but i also dont wanne leave server or get full wipe hope someone has a more MP friendly solution

  4. Restart the server.

The solar capacitor isn't supposed to have an on/off switch in the control panel.
However, there is a very long standing game bug where sometimes when you build a new base the solar capacitor gets added an on/off switch until you restart the game or server.
When this happens it will do nothing except switch itself off over and over, even though that should be impossible since it isn't supposed to have an on/off switch in the control panel.

Restarting the game and/or server has always resolved this in my tests.
We've reported this many times in the past, but since a save and reload cycle fixes it there is nothing for the devs to see in the save file.

is there a point in rebooting the hardwear aswel for this ?does it have to be a manual Full restart ?

Sick of this bug myself, happens all the time. Here is a solo save, 1.3.4 verified files cleared cache solar doesn't work (it has the active switch in panel as well). I noticed it after claiming the nearby abandoned outpost with a core, it was working before that.

Could it be that building on POIs is the issue? I rebuilt an SV that i found and it keeps sinking into the ground, but other SV i made from scratch do not.... maybe POI bases are quirky as well?
