My saved CV blueprint in the list is red stating 'forbbiden blocks' and I cannot open the factory section.
What can I do to correct the situation, and after eventually spawning the blueprint with the console sbp command (if it works), what I can do to correct the CV structure?

Note: I did a search in the forums here with 'forbbiden blocks' and it has returned nothing ??!

    Thank you,

I had the same issue a bit ago. There is info on the forum about this but the search function is a bit rubbish. See link below.

There are several 'blocks' in the BP that can cause it to turn out red.
First: A save with Plants in the Growing Plots
Second: the use of a Personal Container
Third: Build while in Experimental(and not yet applied changes for the Public Version)
Fourth: Build while within a Scenario with changes to the Config Files and now not usable in Vanilla.

Other, more uncommon things are the use of POI Spawners or Shield Generators.

No wonder that my search has yielded nothing: I mis-spelled the word 'forbidden'.

Here are more details of what I did before making the CV blueprint:
I have attacked in space a 'Hakon freighter CA-I', I managed to stop it, replace its core, and because I know that it could soon despawn I've made a blueprint of it with ALT-O. My plan was to take control of the ship and return it to my base where I can make a total repair and completion of the missing blocks, but I know now that I CANNOT DO THAT, the flying control of such a conquered vessel is impossible (in v.1.4.3 at least). Nevertheless, I returned to my base and used the console command sbp to spawn it successfully (the normal way through the factory doesn't work because of forbidden blocks.)

From there, I have removed containers stated as 'very rare' , I searched for everything which could be 'alien' but I found nothing. After replacing the containers with regular containers for CVs still I get forbidden blocks. I noticed that by removing containers they were containers for SV that I couldn't replace if tried; only those with red/blue dots could be placed (strange, they are for bases only, no?) I need to search further, make changes and then overwrite the BP, problem is I don't know what to replace exactly.

Thank you very much for your links and feedbacks, I will go through it, hopefully it will be solved.

    Greetings,

    [EDIT]
What I say here below is wrong, please see my 2nd next post below.

    ---------------
Well, I have done so after renaming the BP in a 1-word name, or it doesn't work. And essentially, ALL my blocks are forbidden, from lights, to toilets, the hull, everything it seems :(

If your blueprint is more than 1 word you put the below:

    prefabinfo 'blueprint name'

Put single quotation marks around the blueprint name.

Reminder Alien blocks and their turrets are also illegal. There may be a way to get a more full list, the one that always catches me is the "closet" block, because the game uses it as a loot container.

Thanks for your clarification, but as I said, as for the prefabinfo command I get an endless list of forbidden blocks, 6000+ for the hull, and the remaining positions in the list covers almost everything present in the BP.

I have made this test: I went in the Content folder and copied all Hakon freighter models (4) in my personal blueprint folder. They are all red with forbidden blocks. It seems you are not supposed to make a blueprint out of them, or you need to spawn them via console with sbp command.
This is rather sad, because some players like me prefer repairing or completing ships instead of building them from scratch, the first would be a good training and exercice to do the second at some point later.

Ok now I have the exact info: the prefabinfo command

    prefabinfo Hakon -full

says I have "520 MarkerBlock (MarkerBlock)" as forbidden blocks. What now?

Yes, with the difference that it comes with no ammo, no containers or decors in the open middle area, and totally white as a color with only the black parts as in your picture.
Also the crew quaters where the single door is located, it has only glass around it, not solid walls. In fact, none of the 4 models in the Content folder match my model, I cannot explain this!

I believe to have read in an discussion about coring current PV/OPV that it wont work as those Vessels have been built around NPC/Faction-Core's and all Parts are linked to that type of Core.

It's built as Patrol-Vessel/Orbital Patrol Vessel and as such a type of POI.
A POI has no need for Ammo, Fuel or O², not even for the appropriate sort of Thrust that Vessel of its size would need for a Player.

Yeah, what's strange is that the console says my core is Public, but in my control panel in-game it's 'Private'; I cannot expand the menu box to get different core states (there is no public core or else in the menu I could chose, only Private). There are different cores in the 'im' console menu, what if I install a different one?

All but the Green Player Cores are for POI Building Only.

Then, it's not a core problem apparently. Have you read my post above about the 'MarkerBlock' as forbidden block?
    Thank you for your time.

There have been in the Past several Players, namely @jrandall and @XCaliber who use a replaceblocks command with which they can remove or replace blocks within a given Blueprint.
So the only way to get rid of those Blocks is to place one Markerblock on the Vessel, aktivate di (console command) look how this Block is actual named and remove the whole bunch of it.
    Best you do in Creative.

Read here(hope that is still up to date...)

Also, marker blocks are are visible in creative mode. You can spawn the vessel into a creative game, clean out all the forbidden blocks, and then re-save the blueprint.
