So apparently the teleport station can be used if you're friendly with polaris. In a multiplayer coop server (basically fully vanilla), how does that work? How do I gain rep if there's not a story/scenario to do it? Thanks.
Look at the NPC faction tab and mouse over each faction name. It will tell you which ways you can gain and lose reputation with each faction.
Yep, it's pretty straight forward. Do note that you have to have "discovered" the faction to see the details though.
