Fixed 11.5 broke SVs (unlimited roll)

    That is my stats on an SV with just thrusters. I took the RCS off because it was over 70k degrees per second Roll rate and the game basically made my SV have a spinning seizure.

    But with the RCS removed, I get 63k and still a spinning Seizure.

    Looks like it was fixed in today's update
