For more information see here Bug Report Template

    Build: 3724
    Mode: Survival
    Mode: Single Player/Multiplayer

    SERVER NAME: n/a
    SEED-ID: all

    If applicable:
    MODIFIED PLAYFIELDS: none

    Reproducibility: Always
    Severity: CoQ error

Type: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Summary: _PoiGroupsConfig.yaml always generates and error, and never works.

Description: When following the direction in the _PoiGroupsConfig_example.yaml, renaming it to _PoiGroupsConfig.yaml and placing it in the Prefabs folder, it generates a CoQ error. This is even with no changes to the contents of the file. When you do change the contents however, it also never works as described. It also generates a "YamlDotNet.Core.YamlException: (Line: 19, Col: 7, Idx: 1142)" error. Line: 19, Col: 7 is the very beginning of the word GroupName in the file.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) follow the directions in the first two lines of _PoiGroupsConfig_example.yaml
    2) Start a single player Survival game
    3)

Just doing whats in the first two lines is not how it works. Its an example file, you have to write you own. Same way you write you own playfield files. The example playfield files wont work out of the box either
