Fixed a9.5 NPC's not affected by gravity generator [6216]

Only space_dynamic.yaml used and spawns in BAO_CrusaldOrbital

POI spawns 'off plane' and has a grav gen which is fine for the player however:

 

Yes this has happened since alpha 8 at least. Any POI spawned under the dronebase section is affected. POIs spawned as general POIs that are aligned with the playfield plane work fine though.

This isn't caused by a nearby gravity generator on someone's ship or a lack of gravity generator on the POI.
