    I asked who uses it and I'm explaining why I don't use it. I thought you guys wanted feedback? :S

    Have you considered it may not have its uses for many players in its current form?

    Feedback goes to the feedback post. This isnt the right place for it.

    Every chance is considert how it affects gameplay. But after long haveing it the old
    way and all the reports we got it got changed in something better.

    You like it, or you dont. Simple as that :)

    Yes, we have, but for many other players it has its use, so it got a slight improvement (and more will follow, concerning Templates and Rounding loss) so in the end it will have use for MORE players ;)

    With mass and volume enabled, salvaging is more efficient in terms of storage and transport. It's far easier to deconstruct a POI into plates and components than into full blocks that are so big and heavy that you can only carry a dozen or so. For more expensive blocks like CV thrusters, you'd use the retrieve block mode.
    Regardless, the change to salvage mode is minor and won't affect anything since a lot of people (being the greedy turds they are) will continue to use retrieve blocks on everything; be unable to fit it/lift it with their SV; and then demand bigger storage and stronger thrusters to achieve something they were never meant to be able to do in the first place, because they want everything and they want it now.

    This made it all worth it... :p:D:cool:

    I also love the zirax attacks - nice work adding the hacking tool as well. That is a neat idea. Loves me the new color and texture tool. Is very easy to use.

    I also cannot WAIT to use that new armored version of cockpit... erm, the legacy cockpit. (Damnit, forgot the designation :oops::rolleyes:)

    Not sure what happened tbh with this release, there's quite a few bugs that were dealt with during the RC phase which seem to be back - spent about 10 in game days playing, and just got into space, here's a few I've noticed so far:

    1. Jetpack state isn't being remembered during playfield changes
    2. Zirax don't seem to be attacking at all, I have a 24% chance, but not a single attack in all that time
    3. Being ejected from an internal cockpit around 50m away from the SV when in space.
    4. Devices in my base aren't showing up when I go away and then come back, some are showing, but half of them are missing, though you can still interact with them in the P menu. I believe this is a regression as it happened during the early experimental phase and was then fixed.
    5. Another regression, is that POI's aren't showing up on the map when going to space, and the same with POI's that are part of a mission, such as the minefield and the SV you're meant to find there. Had to use the map command to get to it.

    Think that's it so far.

    I guess it depends how often the check is done then, at around 25% chance (to make the maths easy) I'd expect an attack roughly every 4 days (if it's checked daily) - but I guess if it's checked once an in game month then it'd never really come?

    It still doesnt work like that. Check is done every hour. My base is at 34% gets attacked every few hours. You have to piss the zirax enough off by attacking them. Location matters.

    More stuff like that

    Ok the once an hour helps figure it out, I can see the base attack check in the logs, but based on a 25% (overall) I'd still expect an attack on average every 4 hours in that case. Unless I've been exceptionally lucky, I should have at least had a couple in that time. I understand location matters, and energy footprint, and reputation etc - but don't those all just add up to the overall probability? Hence still make it 1 out of every 4 checks on average should result in an attack?

    I guess I could run the ba check command 20 times in a row, and see if something happens, might give that a try now actually!
