I noticed there is a delay parameter for creature spawning... but it doesn't always work. Some creatures only spawn at night (I think), some only during the day. Some spawn right away, others take days to spawn.

With the advent of custom scenarios, we need better control over the spawning of creatures, or in the very least a reference that explains what creatures can be spawned and when.

The Delay in creatures spawing is not the initial spawn delay. That one's not adjustable. It's set game internally to be always 0 (instant) for all prey (worms, LizardMule, Triceratops, ...) and 24 in-game hours for predators (everything that attacks you right away, if it sees you). :)

The delay you can set in CreatureSpawning, is the respawn delay after you killed them.

But i agree 100%, that you should be able to adjust the initial spawntime for every creature individually.

    Hello ! :)

Did anything about creatures spawning time has changed during this last three years.

Can I setup their planet arrival time manually now?
