    RCSes are not working as well as in the past, requiring FAR more for the same performance. On VERY large SVs (I have a 72 tonner) You can't actually put enough RCS in to get reasonable performance. By reasonable I mean the performance you get with a CV 100 times bigger with a single t2 RCS.

    In the video settings there is a setting for Character Texture Resolution. The notations on my screen say that I am limited to "Half" if my graphics card has less then 2 GB of memory. My question is this: Is there an option for "Max" if I have greater then 2 GB? Currently I am using 4 EVGA Nvidia GTX 690 (Quad-SLI) cards with 4 GB of memory each and I am limited to only half and quarter settings. Is this normal? Shouldn't there be a "max" setting? (attached is the video setup screen below)

    I can't repair the new "Thruster Jet S" using a multi tool 2.
    However using a repair bay works.

    To duplicate, hit it once with multi tool 2, then try to repair the damage.

    Summary: Major memory leak. Tested multiple times. Started with 2 gig of memory used and climbed from there to max 16gig within an hour at most. Only tested on Akua.

    Description: memory leak since 4.3.1

    Summary: Hanger doors no longer open for SV's

    Description: I built some hangar doors (6x3) two of them together facing each other. F opens them both at the same time. I built them on the ceiling, with six blocks between the doors and the floor. In my older 4.2 game I have the same thing and was able to land my SV and the doors auto opened and closed. Now it no longer does so. My SV is a 3x5x4

    Steps to Reproduce: Hanger doors, try to land an SV through them.

    Silly question, did you set your SV to the same faction as the CV or set it to public? I had this yesterday and it was because the SV was set to private. :)

    sry, can not reproduce. Did you start a new game? Server or Singleplayer? Can you try to start a new creative game and retest plz? :)

    Akua and Omicron Drone Base difficulty set to "5", number of roaming drones increased.

    Summary: Reported range for HV-mounted Artillery Turret is wrong.

    Description: The HV-mounted Artillery Turret reports an effective range (on Omicron) of 444m, which is exactly the same as the Minigun Turret in the same environment. However, the Artillery Turrets maximum range is 1,000m vs. the Minigun Turrets 800m. As such, I'd expect to see an actual effective range reported as 500m+

    However, in reality the HV-mounted Artillery turret can readily hit a target over 500m away, so the turret works fine, just the reported effective range is incorrect.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    Build an HV with an Artillery Turret & look at the reported range vs. the actual effective range. I personally engaged a POI that was over 500m away, it did not show on my HUD, without issue while remaining outside the range of the POI's guns. POI was a Drone Base FYI.

    Screenshots, Crash Logs, any other Relevant Information: Not really needed as HUD shows the discrepancy clearly.

    Hope this is of use.

    The Minigun reports a range of 355m on Omicron in my test (see screenshot).

    For the effective range for the Artillery: the Artillery has a "bullet drop", therefor it has a longer "lifetime" for its projectile (To allow ballistic shooting). As the effective range is currently only exact for "direct shooting" a ballistic weapons might have a slightly increased range depending on the shooting angle. Use it for your advance until we fix it :D

    Well, I can't reproduce it ... in the game that it was occuring. Of course that was a few hours before "Part 2" was released.

    Took me a while to reproduce this... it looks like i may have removed the core from my ship, as it looks like if i remove my core (in survival mode, SP, base game no mods) repair using the MT-2 does not work. - The repair bay however does.

    My game is showing 444m when I'm sat in one of the Minigun turrets on my HV, same for the Artillery Turret. I do recall the ballistic drop-off when using the HV Artillery Turret in prior versions. However, currently for me, the shot is travelling 100% straight and hitting the exact target I'm aiming at from over 500m away.

    I will say that my HV's Minigun turrets do appear to be auto-engaging at around 350m, so the actual range may very well be correct. However, the effective range (for Omicron) is still showing as 444m - I will try to grab a screen shot later if you like? I'm going to be out for the next few hours though,.

    To be clear, I see NO ballistic drop-off with the HV Artillery shells trajectory - at least not up until it hit the target 500m+ away.

    My current LAN game was started in 4.0.0, so possibly this is yet another artefact of continuing an older save?
