Did you check if the chamber is really not there - or just noticed the message in the console? Checke your seed and it was there: Which starter planet did you choose?
Will try again. As stated was the temperate starter planet which was named Shairotho which does not match your plant name.
Having the same issue - repeatedly reset the chapter, and work through it to the point of speaking to the agent, finally getting the the prompt to 'find the site' - but there is no POI on the map.
