Fixed Cannot start large scenarios dedi/coop [6703]

    Type: Game start

    Summary: When using a large scenario, when trying to connect to either a dedicated server or a local coop server, the game stays at "connecting" and never loads.

    Description: Attempting to connect to either a dedicated server, or start a local coop game, when using a large scenario results in the client getting stuck at "connecting to server" and never joining.
    Single player loads fine.
    Tested with both a custom scenario (Project Eden for alpha 10.5 experimental) and a testing scenario that uses only default playfields.
    Did not test with a static scenario. Happens with a large static scenario as well. (315 playfields)


    Steps to Reproduce:

    Start a coop game using the attached test scenario or the linked Project Eden scenario from the workshop.
    OR
    Start a dedicated server using the Project Eden scenario from the workshop. (did not test the test scenario on a dedicated server)

    Clients will not be able to connect to the server and will be stuck at "connecting" on a dedicated server.
    Your own client will not be able to connect to your coop server if running coop.
    Running the default multiplayer scenario on a dedicated server will allow clients to connect.
    Starting either scenario in single player will work fine.

    Test_Experimental 10.5 scenario attached. Generates a large random solar system using default playfields. Seed 240314 will generate 303 playfields.

    Just tested a static scenario in coop. Same error in logs:

    Does this load ok for you in Co-op & the standalone dedicated server back n 10.4 B2554 ?

    We were playing the 10.4 version of my scenario on dedicated fine in alpha 10.4 a week ago.

    Can confirm. We had been running a large scenario from 9.7 to 10.4 on Experimental with no problems. As soon as 10.5 hit we were hosed. Stuck on "connecting".

    As of B2633 now on the exp branch this should be fine.
