Ok, here is another question ))) I've captured 2 non faction hostile ships, and no one of them can't be controlled. So the question is there any active ships in game, which can be captured, then controlled? Or reassemling using BP the only way to control captured ship?

There are a small number of SV wrecks that can have a core placed and repairs made on them to make them serviceable again- this supports a "Flight of the Phoenix" survival scenario sort of thing, but as far as I am aware there are no CV AI opponent vehicles that can be re-cored and repaired after a fight. Most CV AI opponents also have a self-destruction sequence that goes off shortly after the vehicle is cored that prevents wholesale salvaging.

Most, if not all, planet and space CV wrecks are actually BA bases which you wouldn't be able to tell without putting a core in and hitting the P menu or using the console "di" debug information to examine them. This means digging out a wreck and flying it off a planet "Space Battleship Yamato" style isn't doable without using creative mode.

Some of these restrictions go back to the earliest versions and others were introduced as a way to prevent or nerf exploits/performance problems that bubbled up in MP server games.
