(no HV or SV, as they cannot be used at the moment) The underlying idea is: the galaxy does not only have NPC factions, but also private companies, individuals and small, independent groups venturing in deep space (and maybe much further than the companies and factions). NOTE that civilian faction has no "standing", so creatures and NPCs and turrets will not attack the player yet! Always use the red NPC core for POIs. Station services are handled by the yamls, so would be done when it's spawned.
will their be special loot containers add for civilian ships later or some other incentive for pirate players?
The ships will not fire at you at the moment (which might change), so I considered adding some of the commodity items which can be sold or traded for money.
Hello everyone, hello @Hummel-o-War, i am new here. so best geatings to all. I started building objects for ocean planets. Maybe you can take a look at that. Would that be something that is interesting for you? Everything is just beginning. I would have to develop some cooperate identity first. it could become a Polaris competitor looking for mineral resources and raw materials on distant planets. The objects are also well suited for lava planets and the hard rock planets. I am not (yet) very good at CV design but there are already some specialized CVs in the workshop, such as gas, oil or hydrogen tankers and supportships. Maybe I can develop a cooperation. It would be interesting to know if you are interested in this, before I take a closer look at all the framework conditions. Greatings Jorgo
FYI for anyone wondering how to do this: and i did some recording of me converting a prefab base and some cv of mine as an example = 1 short video doing basically the how to from the images and then some longer stuff, adding on to that = deco+fluff. base list has no alternative versions, but my approach would be the same like the cv one, pick some theme and add sth that makes it look interesting, but has no special function + change the color. Playlist CV to Civilian Vessel (the same for converting a CV to a Patrol Vessel) Playlist BA to Civilian Base Pinnacle Outpost (with some deco hover thing outside) Susannova versions (this just borrows the name from X3, otherwise different) good luck, hope this helps and to see more things in here

I cannot find any NPC spawners in the creative menu. Only player spawners are displayed. Where is my mistake?
If you right click the NPC core (red one) you'll see them there along with a host of other things too.
The NPC spawner "plate" is accessed by right clicking the "alien blocks" which looks like a red core (in devices tab) :
Thanks @Kassonnade , Just in this moment i found it. i write in search "Core" so i cant found it. But the yellow NPC- Core is the right for POIs , istnt it? because in the pictures from @sulusdacor is shown the red alien -core !
The "red" core is simple "core - npc" and the yellow core is "core - npc (cpu)" but I'm not sure about the distinction. You will have to read the building guidelines, because I don't know the rules where to use the admin cores, the "red" npc and the yellow "cpu" core... Maybe ask @Fractalite or @Vermillion for this.
Yes, there's a few but some are just placeholders for the moment and no one uses them, we stick with the red one for the moment The yellow core is if you want your POI to adhere to CPU restrictions because the red core is not limited by either CPU, power or oxygen limitations, everything runs indefinitely with no restrictions The cyan, Advanced Core is also a core that it's not limited by CPU but it's for players use in SP or MP games that is, you can find it as loot in specific POIs There's also a blue admin core but you should use the pink admin core in the red core drop down list if you're building a trading station for example
