Fix the negative armor values with EVA boosts

    As of this update EVA boosts stats have been modified. while they are now more effective at countering the temperatures in space there is a bug that allows them to give a medium / light armor a negative armor value. Negative armor values should be rounded to 0 because one a negative armor value may function function as a damage multiplier. While one can have armor that doesn't provide physical protection 0 armor. One cannot have armor that causes the player to suffer amplified damage.

    I also noted this, but it isn't "capping" as the O2 does on Heavy Armor with 4x O2 boost (Heavy armor with 4x o2 boost should give 1043 Oxygen, but caps at 1000).

    I havent done damage tests at this stage, or tried to see if the armor displayed is a display bug, or a possible oversight due to the negative value.
