When coding the yaml file for the poi's, you can specify the biome and ones to avoid etc but is there a way to force a poi to spawn only above or below a certain height?
That's on the poi itself. Open it by clicking it twice in the blueprint menu and set it's hight offset. One block is 2
Sorry bad phrasing on my part, I didn't mean that I mean the actual height of the terrain itself. So > 150m above sea level. > 250m above sea level, < 80m above sea level.
Technically I believe it's hight <sealevel +10 for the biomes you would then have to restrict the poi to only that biome
I'm not the best at setting up biomes but it may very what the biomes nabores are. If it has a stamp and is set to carry over that can mess with what its next to. Just sort of guessing though.
You'll have to set up a different biome for the height you want it to spawn at and set it to spawn in that biome.
Aye that's proving somewhat troublesome. For example I setup a biome for Height > 400 (tried it in various heights, same result) and it spawns in barely 100m above sealevel.
Remember that if you're using stamp forces biome, the biomes are placed randomly. You'll need to create a second biome set with ignoreforcedbiome that doesn't use stamp forces biome, and place it above your stamp biome.
