    Summary: Game denies to Spawn Base from BP near any star

    Description: Tried to spawn a BP of Star Base - "base spawning not allowed in this playfield".
    But it is possible to build a star base manually from materials

    If the "Arrival" stars playfield.yaml has this parameter set to false you will not be able to spawn a blueprint there:

    AllowBlueprintBA: False

    F.ex check the playfield.yaml here & look for "AllowBlueprint"
