Grow Plots Rotate - Sprouts Don't

    For cv's it is convenient (and very sci-fi) to make a gravity free cylindrical garden and this is easily possible but.....
    When it comes time to plant those sprouts err.. you can't. It's not possible to rotate the sprouts and trying to plant them anyway you get a "this plant cannot grow here" message.

    Please allow us to rotate sprouts or stop us from rotating grow plots ;)
