Summary: Hitscan fixed weapons check hits against the ship firing them, not only for a free firing path in front, but also towards the target when firing

Description: Placing a hitscan fixed weapon further back below some blocks will cause the weapon to not fire in third person cam if the target is too close. The distance to which the target may be so it can still be shot at will depend on camera position as well as the geometry in front above the gun. Happens only with hitscan weapons, not with projectile based attacks. SV as well as CV weapons are affected, HV probably as well (untested)

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Spawn the attached bp, fuel it and add ammo
    2) go to 3rd person cam
    3) shoot a target no more than 150m away
    4) shots from minigun/laser will get eaten, plasma shots will get through (adjust camera height to more height if necessary).

This will also appear in 1PV & is working as intended with such a vessel designed with weapons buried so deep inside a hull & the camera positions (1pv & 3pv) being taken in to account.
The position of the camera (1PV & 3Pv) comes in to play here & if there is any blocks (f.ex your own vessels hull where the weapons are 'attached' to) in between bringing the weapon to the target (crosshairs) the weapon will not fire to avoid destroying parts of your own vessel (though ammo will still get consumed).

With this example you need to move the mounted weapons much further forward & don't go past around a max of 5 to 7 blocks deep inside to avoid 'hitting' your own hull.
