How to restrict volume of the boxes?

At the moment in 1.0 i have some boxes like 32k volume, but they do not restrict me to put much more inside, like 100k. How to put this restrictions on the boxes? I tried to find this in blocks config but there is only volume by itself, or maxvolume, but they both do not do nothing to restrict overweight...

 

Before you load the game go to difficulty settings and enable mass/volume ( default is false )

 

Oh, so that is not my server option, but players individual thing?! May i force this thing on my server to be always ON?
