Fixed Log-in & DC issues on Server in 9.2.1

    Server: Transcendence

    Modified Play-fields: Yes (no changes made to scenario since last bug report)

    Reproducibility: Unknown (Random/occurs several times a day to different players)
    Severity: Minor

    Type: Connection to MP server

    Summary: Players having issues staying connected to server or logging in

    Description: Players getting blank screen with only version # at log-in to the server or being disconnected. Couldn't send RPC function 'nwsync' is appearing in logs repeatedly.

    Reproduction: Unknown conditions

    Notes:
    1.) Player location, hardware, & bandwidth seems to not matter.
    2.) Occurs more frequently with players logging into playfields with many structures
    3.) Clearing cache server side and on the client end had no effect
    4.) Increasing Heartbeat had no effect (now at 800)
    5.) Occurred rarely before 9.2, now occurring often after 9.2.1
    6.) Has effected several players, special attention to player: Hendrake in logs

    Log Notes:

    Couldn't send RPC function 'nwsync' - Spammed (Dedicated log -84)

    System.ArgumentNullException: Argument cannot be null. (Dedicated log -13 & -81)

    Hi can you say how this is now ?

    Perhaps you could supply the latest logs also. I haven't actually reproduced anything from what you describe though I'm afraid.

    Resolved as of 9.3, not entirely sure what resolved it. We have wiped and updated 7 Playfields that were created pre-build 2088. 9.3 was the perfect patch to update Playfields anyway, it’s working great for us.
