Capacitor had a similar typo given for the SU so I think this is just a mistake left in.
Deco Antennas have as well excessively large SU - but I guess I just always salvage them instead. But I agree - it is annoying to find a medical device in a loot container, early-game, and not be able to actually loot it, since it does not fit in your early-game vehicle
CV/BA devices that are non-vital to survival are 1:10 scale. The original medic chamber was 1x2x1, which made it 1600SU. Correct SU would be 800 now that the dimensions of the medic chamber are now 1x1x1.
