For items like medical supplies I would love to see one of two options when you have them in your hotbar: 1- instead of pressing the key to pull it out then clicking to use it, just pressing the key to use it would be nice(especially mid combat) OR 2- after pressing the key to pull it out, you could right click another player to use it on them. For the hand scanner, I think it would be fun to be able to right click things with it to scan that specific object for information. Scanning blocks could tell you what you would salvage from them, scanning plants could tell you common uses or recipes, and scanning creature could tell something about them. Thoughts?
