Summary: Multitool in "remove blocks" mode drills surface rocks

Description: You can drill surface rocks with the multitool in "remove blocks" mode, but it doesn't automatically gather them: it drops 2 rock nodes on the ground. Observed this with cobalt and silicon surface rocks and a T2 multitool (assume it works for all other types).

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Equip a multitool (found this with a T2 version of the tool).
    2. Put it in "remove blocks" mode.
    3. Shoot a surface rock with it. You will not see damage to the rock, but you will hear the beam hit. Wait for the rock to lose all it's healt (8 hits for ore-bearing rocks).
    4. Two small rocks will drop, as they used to before the change to auto-pickup.
    5. Pick up the two rocks and get your resources.
