So, I just made a new difficult and different starting SP scenario, and way of playing Empyrion for experienced players, with no rocks, ores, constructors, traders or factory. It works by swapping cores in wrecks to get the parts to repair or rebuild another vessel to use rather than magical constructors/Factory, and killing Zirax, drones and bases, for the other things you need. The 10 update has nerfed it as the survival tool is now effectively a free to make drill so you can make ores from subsoil crushed rocks! I ll put it up on the workshop anyway as it will still work with 9 and also 10 if you dont make a survival tool. It wont suit everyone but give it a try Id be interested in everyones opinion. Its called "Death, Death and Destruction" and I think the old hands will enjoy attacking bases with hand weapons again and having to plan your approach rather than making a SV with 8 rocket launchers 200 rockets and blowing everything up. Elon can we have the old drill back please?
