Ok, so heres what i did. Bought a factory spawn CORE Frigate, added 2 cpu extenders, then threw some innards around and made a few outter hull modifications. And voila, one pimped out starter CV capable of up to midgame combat situations and exploration. Also, for the turret haters out there, it only has 8 cannon, 4 pulse and one missile turret.
