Problem with playfield

    Hi,
    i hope its the right sub forum.
    I have an issue with an playfield on my Server. If someone is on the playfield he cant connect because the playfield Server answer the hearthbeat.

    Hmm, I don't see any playfield errors. I don't see any error at all. :)

    The Shader error is normal and should not casue any problems.

    Why do you think it's a problem with a playfield?

    I think it's an playfield or structure issue because it the problem occurs only pn this playfield.
    Also on ly this playfield has this error:
    ERROR: Shader Shader is not supported on this GPU (none of subshaders/fallbacks are suitable)WARNING: Shader Unsupported: 'Hidden/Nature/Terrain/Utilities' - Setting to default shader.
    Currently im warping the user's from this playfield to another and then try to reset the playfield.

    Resetting might help, have you also tried restarting the whole server? But I'm no server expert. What do the other logs say, something suspicious in there, dedicated.log?

    Maybe @Taelyn can help. Not sure though, if this log is enough, maybe you'll need to upload your savegame to check it.

    EDIT: If you really think, it's the playfield, you can upload that here too renamed to text (or zip the folder). Make sure to upload the whole template folder including the terrain.ecf. I'll check it if I can see something.

    Yes i restarted the Server several times...
    Also this is confuising:

    And where is the Template Folder?
    They guy which created the server told me that the system was generated randomly.

    Ok, the timestamp is strange. Maybe that's the issue?

    I read somewhere that there was a timing issue a little while ago, which should be fixed already, but maybe it still has an effect in your savegame. But I'm just guessing here.

    If there is already a savegame on your server, you can just go into .\Saves\Games\<YourSaveName>\Templates\ and zip the folder named 'Summode', if that is the playfield causing the issues. At least that's the one in the logs.

    Go to the SaveGame\Playfields\PlanetInQuestion\BaseAttack.dat

    Remove it
    Reboot Server
    Try again

    If that doesnt fix it. Zip the SaveGame and upload it for me

    I warped the players to another planet and then wiped the playfield. Now they can use the planet.
