In the second part of the quest where you have to go to the sky bar I am there, but the quest is not triggered to continue. That quest has been bugged for multiple versions now. It never progresses automatically past that step. You have to open the PDA and manually check it off to continue. It's been reported more than once but apparently they never fixed it for A12. I think someone forgot to add the trigger to recognize that you are standing at the Sky Bar. That or the trigger location got moved to some random point. I can tell you that it doesn't trigger in the space station at all though no matter where you stand.
