I'm running a dedicated server with Reforged Eden on it. I had started the server with Project Eden. After upgrading the planets are still using the SSR deposits instead of the voxel based. What do I have to do to reset the mining nodes on all the previously explored planets?
You cannot change the scenario being run in an existing save game. If you want to play a different scenario you have to start a new save.
