Including but not limited to Sig Space Rules, Avatar Pic Rules, if GIF Sig Pics are allowed, max Size of Sig Pics allowed, etc. Or alternatively if i'm a Mega Derp & such a thing already exists & i'm too damn stupid to find &/or see it, a point in the right direction would be nice.
