Fixed Space/Orbit Map not functioning correctly (multiple issues) [6420]

    Summary: Map in Space/Orbit not functioning correctly

    Description: Multiple problems;
    1) Resources and POI's do not always show on the map, even when right up against them (both minimap & main map).
    2) The sound & alert noting a discovered resource/poi is intermittent - sometimes it happens on approach, sometimes it doesn't
    3) Some resources do not show on the map, even after using the "map" console command - despite the fact that they are there, and do show in an "ents -all" list.


    Steps to Reproduce: Explore orbit on starter planet

    Example (this happens in every game I've played in the last few months, this is just the one I'm playing now):

    This is the space Map in my current game - the noted locations were added manually (as in, fly my ship up until I'm banging up against the resource/poi, and use my ship position to drop a marker).

    Note that the actual icons are absent. This screenshot was taken AFTER executing the "map" show all command in the console. Also see next screenshot...

    Below is the ents -all list from the same session... note that a promie, an iron, and a second magnesium asteroid ARE present, but do not show on the map above (despite having the "map" show command enabled).

    This may be related or the same issue as another that is already logged.
    I'll update here when a fix is done for 6420.

    A fix for this will be available in one of the next A12 releases.
