Why not make it so you can walk up stairs with out a jet pack you can walk up 45deg ramp but not 45deg stairs, its been like that for years its time you fixed it.
then you must just play on low G planets anything at 1G or over you need a jet pack on a CV if its 1deg of level same thing.
