Being able to stop by a station, pop open the services pane and refuel, reoxygenate, and re...fill up on pentaxid is sweet. Is there a way to do it like this from my own bases and just grab the resources without hopping into the cargo management screen for fuel, oxygen, and pentaxid? It'd make things just slightly smoother to drop in, fill up, and head back to mining.

Currently, no. While you can configure construtors to output to specific holding bins, you cannot designate them output directly into a fuel/oxygen/pentaxid tank, not with the base game.
