    Mode: Survival
    Mode: Singleplayer

    SERVER NAME: NA
    SEED-ID: Any

    If applicable:
    MODIFIED PLAYFIELDS: Yes

    Reproducibility: Always
    Severity: Trivial

    Type: Skybox

Summary: When the star model is visible, all stars have a red sun flare regardless of color of the star.

Description: When you're close enough to see the model of the star, it will always have a red sun flare in space or on a planet. They should match the color of the star, or maybe a white flare would look better overall.

Steps to Reproduce: Warp to any star system with a blue or white star and look at the color of the sun flare.

I might be wrong, but isn't the sunflare set in the playfield file?

Yes, when a sun model is not visible (too far away to be rendered) then in space the sun flare is colored by the sun, and on planets it's set in the playfield.

But when the sun model is close enough to be visible, the playfield's sun flare is overwritten, and it's always a red flare.

Ah ok - so basically when you are in an arrival orbit of a sun this should always be reproducible?

Yes, or in any playfield where the sun model itself is visible (obviously the easiest to see it in is the sun arrival orbit).
