Fixed SV docking - center of mass not changed

    SERVER NAME: no.
    SEED-ID: global seed 342699, playfield seed 622214.

    Severity: Low.

    Summary: SV docking - center of mass not changed

    Im building an SV to be able to carry my HV tank, and i was suprised that the mass of the HV was apply directly to the existing center of mass of the SV, see below:

    The first image is without the HV docked, and the two others, the HV is docked and powered off, but the center of mass of the SV did not moved.

    Fixed/Implemented in A12.
    No ETA for the exact date of A12 release to EXP as of posting here.
