Known Issue Tabbing out of empyrion in windows while in hv/sv unties you from it

This has probably been mentioned many times before .. but

When in an Hv.Sv (at least) if i tab out of the game to change background video or look at email for instance,
when i return - while my character is still in the vehicle, however the game does not know this,
you end up in a half and half state,
the avatar view moves within the vehicle but not with the vehicle - ie no vehicle control.
specifically when i was in an hv - i got into continuous uncontrolled rolling so couldn't <F> out of
the vehicle.

workaround is easy as you just have to quit and re-enter empyrion.
it is just annoying.

 

Even easier, just hit Alt, as Alt is the look around toggle

 

thx - i suspected this had been around for a while as no one seemed to mention it - just couldn't remember

 

I'm fairly sure you can remap it, I know it took me a couple of times getting caught out before I figured out what was happening.
