hm I have teh feeling something is set up wrong with the master tool.

could you send me its logs from the Master please?

ya none of the server command seam go though at all but yet its green green

 

there no logs on slave side folder was empty but here server side

Can you try to click Functions\Master-Slave\Reload data

 

yaz i get error syncclienthandler data could not be reloaded

we try that 1st though my server GTX Gaming said it my be hardware related so they going swap me out to new server see how that goes if its still there i hit ya back we set something up...ya this is pain it works here there but not all time ...i crossing my fingers hoping this work

 

so we figured out what it was it was the hardware and combo of the EPM folder the config was changed some how idk how or why but the server GTX Gaming said it came like that and i know it did not come with the server ip in it it comes with the 127.0.0.1 so after the new server swap i fixed that and it fixed all the connect issues but the AM 1 its no responding even though chat bot is on and AM:info is also marked .... and i also get some strange warning that stuff getting deleted and may it maybe bug ...idk whats that about happens on few playfield though..

 

thanks for letting me know... I hear they have often trouble lately. They never contacted me to install it so... I think they also don't know it all.

Do other chatbot functions work? Like cb:? or AM:?
Did you activate it on the master config or on the slave? (has to be on the master)

 

No AM does not work it is all activated on on master ...if need be i give ya info to log in a slave to check i about at my end ,,i been at this for over 2 weeks and this stuff keeps happen to me it work then wont for no real reason...and seeing i doing this alone makes it harder

 

oo and the EAH chat started really going nuts spamming same messages over over ..and would not let me shut server down lol but 1s it got it all restarted it stoped

 

but still no AM commands at all Cb never really worked for me in past we did at 1 point though had the Am working but after 8.6 ya just cant get work

 

Trying to figure out the format of the DSLUnloadSec that was added to the config file. Since patch change my EAH when using the game config just gives an error about Method not found for Option_Data.get_DSLUnloadSecs().

My question is what is the proper format of the option as I tried DSLUnloadSecs: 180 in the gameoptions.yaml

EAH also supports that. Do you have the latest EAH version?

 

Using 1.43.1.0, seems to be the latest, maybe I did a typo adding it to the gameoptions.yaml and will try again then.

 

Well, shut it all down and typed the line again in my files, so I must have the format wrong or something then, will try and setup a new test server and see what its gameoptions file looks like versus my running server.

perhaps I have it on the wrong line in the gameoptions file or something like that.

or just remove it and set it via EAH. Then it should be written correct. Tab and Spave can also be an issue

 

Yeah, best bet I think is just to delete the file and let the tool create it again, then I won't have to worry about typos or whatever. tyvm
