Underwater weapon disabling is incomplete - HV drill lasers

    Recently got into a bit of 'fun' trying to mine an underwater meteorite, when I discovered a particular bug:
    holding the fire trigger for an HV's drill lasers then going underwater shows the error message for (paraphrased) 'weapons no worky underwater', disables the 'weapon' but the visuals and power drain stay active. it also becomes impossible to swap 'weapons' while underwater (As the drill is still treated as active)

    I haven't tested other 'weapons' but I expect it might function similarly.

    Laser weapons have always worked underwater, so it's possible the bug is that they were disabled

    possible. i'm looking at the config, and the block "DrillAttachmentT2", which is the t2 drill module for the HV, refers to DrillAttachmentT2Weapon. neither it, nor its parent (DrillAttachmentWeapon), specify an AllowAt parameter (that parameter is commented out on the parent: # AllowAt: "Planet")
    it may be that the default AllowAt is planet, however. regardless, they aren't working underwater for me.
