Fixed Water gen removes water tiles

Summary: Water gens remove water tiles

Description: after placing a water gen in the shallows next to my base, removing the gen afterwards left an empty water tile.

I have noticed these empty water tiles here and there through alpha 9 but had not realised what was causing it until now.

Steps to Reproduce: on HWS server or presumably any mp server, place a water generator in shallow water, pick it up.
Not tested this in sp yet.

This pic shows an empty patch next to my generator, from where it used to be, and where the generator is now, i picked it up and the tile there vanished too, and replaced the gen.
That is why 2 tiles are gone.

 

You suck the lake Dry...in the truest meaning of the word..

 

I also have an empty water tile here but I did not place any water gen here so I dont know why this one is blank.

 

I get this "wholes" if I flatten Terrain adjacent to the Waterline which gets "edgy" in return.
