So in case it isnt already clear, Orion is where the PvP is at
I present to you
XPA Press Release
XPA officially deploys to Official US server to begin the Eleon US Subjugation Campaign.
Following an establishment of total dominance on the Orion server, XPA has set their sights on the Eleon Official US server, which XPA force recon units reported large amounts of PvP activity in.
XPA had, within but a few days established a full assault fleet and began incursions into PvP space, focusing on the system of Andromeda due to it being a chokepoint that connects the market playfield, PvE space and deeper PvP territory. XPA had engaged several hostile targets with great success.
XPA has adopted a new strategy to warfare, focusing on economic subjugation by creating a resource bottleneck by locking down access to valuable Zascosium and Erestrum resources, XPA partnered with another faction Enigma to establish resource blockades on Z and E deposits, within a day almost all Z and E deposits in PvP space were blockaded and locked down with minefields and defensive batteries.
With Z and E deposits secured, XPA has begun trickling Z and E into the server economy by selling in small quantities, enough to allow PvP to continue and not starve but only barely enough so that the server populace would still feel a pinch. This created an economic power gap that increased our military effectiveness while decreasing the military effectiveness of other entities.
So far the economic warfare strategy has been a total success, the sale of Z and E netting XPA trillions of galactic credits already which has been funding our fleet and logistics operations.
In addition to the economic warfare stratergy, XPA has been engaging in a PvP outreach program by building and offering LiCorp PvP vessels to interested PvPers for free, recipients of these vessels were encouraged to study the design techniques used to improve their own ships so that we would have a bigger challenge in PvP while at the same time sharing PvP knoweldge that most other PvP groups kept secret.

Insurgent forces destroyed in Ursa System
XPA Force Recon units detected the presence of a single ship belonging to the terrorist faction Obsidian Order, who have attempted to disrupt the Eleon US mineral trade through piracy.
A single XPA Tourbillon-type Destroyer was dispatched to identify and dispatch the hostile vessel, initially a 1v1 but soon turned into a 1v3 as OO called for reinforcements. XPA would deploy an additional two Tourbillon-type Destroyers to assist the the outnumbered XPA vessel.
Obsidian Order called for all online members to reinforce the now 3v3 battle, bringing the battle to a 3v4.
Despite being outnumbered and against larger vessels, the XPA fleet ultimately triumphed thanks to superior ship design and piloting finesse. The OO forces went into full retreat.
One of the battleships used by OO in the assault was captured by an XPA marine team after it was disabled due to the destruction of its reactors, the ship was towed back to XPA HQ where it was studied and then put on display as a show of dominance.
The studying of the vessel found that OO ship design was, as expected, inferior to our own.
Friendly forces present
3x Tourbillon-type Destroyers - Light-Moderate Damage
OPFOR forces present
3x OO Battleships of Unknown Designation - Heavy damage, one captured
1x OO Cruiser of Unknown Designation - Heavy damage

XPA PR campaign to promote PvP a resounding success
LiCorp, an XPA subsidiary that designs and distributes top tier PvP vessels had began its public relationship campaign on the Official US and EU server approximately 2 weeks ago, where advanced LiCorp designs (most notably the deadly LiCorp Ocypete) were given out to up and coming PvP factions for free to players on the server. The aim of the campaign is to promote PvP by funding factions through donations of ships who can then use the ship to engage in PvP.
The PR campaign has been for the most part well received by the residents of the Official US and EU servers, who expressed gratitude for yet another XPA campaign to promote PvP.
The LiCorp PvP ship lineup has been continually expanded upon, LiCorp vessels are built with the most advanced technology for maximum effectiveness in PvP.
The most recent addition to the LiCorp catalog is the LiCorp Moonsoon, which uses the same tried and tested hull as the XPA Navy Moonsoon. You can download it and many other tried and tested LiCorp designs at https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198030086210/myworkshopfiles/?appid=383120
TLA attempted ambush on XPA fails! TLA annihilated in battle over Pandora!
The war against TLA continues, XPA thrashing TLA over and over again has caused troop morale within TLA to plummet. TLA advertised themselves as a "peacekeeping" faction within PvP, prior to XPA's arrival this had put them in good graces with the inhabitants of the server, however with the arrival of XPA soon public support shifted in favor of XPA after TLA began conducting piracy acts in a desperate attempt to fund their failing war effort.
Several battles between TLA and their allies and XPA alongside our ally Enigma had saw TLA annihilated time and time again, which brought into question TLA's ability to continue to keep the peace.
TLA became desperate to regain their lost public approval and thus they began spreading conspiracy theories about how the recent distribution of LiCorp PvP vessels was an effort to hinder the effectiveness of PvP factions, their most laughable claim being that "LiCorp ships are intentionally designed to have weak points that XPA can exploit to insta-win any battle"
The most recent battle between XPA and TLA started with XPA Fleet Commander Veilith challenging Santo916 in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of LiCorp ships. Veilith flew into the duel in a LiCorp Moonsoon (repainted with XPA colors)
TLA, desperate as they are for any victory to restore their depleted morale called all of their members to log on and ambush the lone XPA vessel once the duel had started. TLA would warp camp the direction that Veilith would enter Pandora from in an attempt to gang up 5v1 against veilith.
XPA however had known that TLA intended to do this, TLA's tactical skills were at best questionable and them attempting to ambush a lone XPA vessel under the guise of a duel was easily predicted, a counter-attack force was setup consisting of 5 additional XPA members, waiting to jump in to destroy the pathetic TLA ambush, the battle quickly turned into a 3v5 as some XPA members crashed due to TLA's usage of laggy ship designs.
See the video below for how well this went for them.

XPA and DVL emerges victorious in capital ship showdown against OAS
A few days ago, XPA force recon detected the presence of an OAS capital vessel battlegroup encroaching on XPA and DVL controlled space. XPA and DVL scrambled a response fleet to intercept the invading forces.
XPA's fleet consisted of 3 Tourbillion-type Destroyers, where DVL dispatched a police cruiser to assist. The OAS battlegroup consisted of a battleship (presumably acting as the flagship of the battlegroup) as well as two supporting cruisers.
XPA and DVL engaged the OAS the fleet, however until the tail end of the engagement only 2 XPA destroyers were involved due to the pilot of the 3rd destroyed having connection issues.
The XPA and DVL fleet easily outmanuvered the OAS fleet, quickly enveloping them from all sides and causing major damage. The OAS battlegroup was forced to flee soon after the third XPA destroyer arrived.
Damage to XPA and our DVL allies was minimal.
Friendly forces present

1x DVL Police Cruiser - Minimal Damage
OPFOR forces present

XPA introduces its first Battleship to the XPA Navy!
Recent review of XPA tactical doctrines determined that the XPA navy fleet was missing a proper vessel to fill the role of a Battleship and as a Flagship.
XPA fleet command commissioned several XPA ship designers to create a ship fitting this role. Several designs were submitted and ultimately the design chosen was a prototype designated "X-RAAR13"
The prototype was given standard combat testing and XPA liveries and just today it saw action in an admin PvP event on the SBS server.
The XPA Navy is proud to present the Livyatan-type Battleship
XPA War Report
SBS has announced their intent to conduct a full wipe of the SBS server to create a new universe that is more PvP friendly and adopt the PvP League of Empyrion's config.
With this, the SBS Subjugation Campaign has come to an end. XPA hereby declares victory over the OAS terrorist forces who attempted and failed to resist our campaign to bring order to the galaxy.
XPA intends to re-deploy with our LiCorp reserve fleet to continue our efforts after the wipe.
Episode 3 of XPA Reviews has been released

XPA annihilates ECL battle fleet while outnumbered and outgunned
ECL, a PvP faction on the server had caught the attention of XPA recon units for their constant boasting of strength and egotistical attitude on hypernet comms. XPA had caught wind of ECL ships a few times however but discover a trend of them refusing to leave PvE unless it was a fight where all 5 of them were going against 1 person.
XPA tacticians decided the best way to go fighting them was to lure them into a trap by taking advantage of this predictable rule of engagement they had. A lone XPA Tourbillion-type Destroyer Escort proceeded to a choke point PvP system where ECL had publicly announced their presence earlier. As predicted, 5 ECL cruisers jumped onto the lone XPA destroyer who began kiting them to the warp in point.
Meanwhile 2 XPA pilots were waiting for the signal, logged of so that ECL wouldnt run as they would believe that only one XPA member was online. The pilot of the bait ship, notmanhatten gave the signal and the two pilots scrambled to the system in two more destroyers.
Upon arrival, despite 5 ECL ships attacking it at once the XPA bait destroyer was still fully functional and the arrival of 2 XPA Tourbillion-type Destroyer Escorts quickly turned their attention away from the bait ship which allowed it to warp out and the pilot to get into another ship, A Caligo-type Patrol Frigate and warp back to the fight.
Despite still being at a numerical disadvantage, given it was a 3v5 XPA demonstrated superior tactics and ship designs, which forced the ECL battlefleet to retreat into the sytems local planet where XPA followed and continued to cause major damage, even luring a few ECL ships into a POI so that it too would fire at the ECL vessels. A single ECL SV attempted to flee into orbit but was chased and as soon as XPA forces came into orbit, the SV went back down into the planet.
Instead of playing a cat and mouse game, XPA decided to hold in orbit and enact a blockade of the planet. Leaving the ECL fleet trapped, effectively prisoners of XPA. Several attempts were made by ECL to break the blockade but all were unsuccessful due to their inferior ships and tactics and every time they came up to space they would splash back down soon after.
After about 30 minutes of blockade, the ECL forces were getting desperate and were willing to go to any lengths to escape, during this 30 minutes some banter was occurring in chat where the ECL leader, Ragnarok (edgy name amirite?) had started to get very salty and another ECL member throwing out the famous "You are only winning because you are hacking" accusation at the XPA pilots.
ECL had enough of being a prisoner to the XPA fleet and one of the ships had exited the planet and had tried to simply push through the blockade instead of fighting it. XPA chased the ECL ship, inflicting catastrophic damage but the ECL vessel soon warped out, fleeing the battlefield. Other ECL vessels followed suit and all were inflicted heavy damage by XPA on their way out.
XPA returned to base after successfully inflicting heavy damage and forcing the ECL fleet to retreat.
ECL's ego was heavily bruised by this encounter and in a desperate attempt to claim victory, they took screenshots of them capturing a ship belonging to OAS and tried to palm it off as an XPA ship, which resulted in them being laughed in the servers discord.
With their ego bruised and their narrative as the "strongest faction on SBS" ruined, ECL ragequit the server and have since moved to the Unknown Skies Pegasus server, plans to chase them to that server are underway.
