id like to make a planet request, its a easy one, i need it for MP servers id like it to be a island planet only pois or the civil hubs space port, residence, mining hub and 1 abandon mine.

planet is oxygenated, gravity of akua, resources of akua, asteroid ring of akua but with 1 of each type of ore not found on planet, no moon.

    pve planetside, orbit is pvp

in orbit admin station any type, poi stations- none

NO pois on planet besides space port will shoot u, NO patrol vessel

    same space background as akua

    and thats it.

if this gets filled out, it will be featured on a youtube video, on 2 public verified servers as well

(Interesting side note: Resource spawning seems only to be tied with hardcode to the 'DroneSpawning: Random' -reference, in the playfield.yaml. The drone base can be removed, for a peaceful planet.)

    Hi @The Tactician[ Λ ] !

All that could be built, but weren't it much better if you could make your own? Total independence? - Especially if you own a server.

    ---- playfield:
(I use Notepad++, which is much more fickle than JMCburn's Playfield Designer. Because of that I am forced to test everything much more).
Started with the Akua and Oscutune playfield.yamls. Grabbed those in the 'content/playfields/NewTemperate and -/NewOcean-Folder, and copied them into my custom playfield folder.
Copied only the terrain.ecf from Oscutune. This is the file for the texture distribution on a splatmap/.raw terrain ('handmade') planet. For the classic look, leave it out.

Opened up the Akua file, and copied all the biome data from Oscutune over the Akua ones. Kept Akua's weather.
Oscutune's terrain reference was right before the biomes, so it got transferred. The terrain name points to a terrain that the game is able to find in the /content/terrains folder.
Copied the matching sea level, and Oscutunes temperatures (the terrain is much higher than Akua's, else you'll freeze due to the terrain height).

Set all drone probabilities of the resources and POIs to zero, set all troop transports to false.
Akua has no PV, so no worries.
Reduced the number of hostile POI to one, by changing 'countMinMax'-value, and deleting the other references.
Removed the drone base and all of 'DroneBaseSetup'.
Left the 'DroneSpawning: Random' reference in, but set the drones to zero.
(Without this, no drones will spawn, and the resource nodes are still there. Seems to work. Not fully tested.)

Removed fixed player start references to creative, and creative BA.

Copied under 'creatures spawing' the fitting biome names from Oscutune, so that the animals have a valid place to show up.

Replaced 'AbandonedPOI'-group name with the old 'AbandonedMine'.

    - The alien spaceport is part of a POI group. It's difficult to get it spawn alone. Same for the civilian POIs.
    - To change the terrain texture, use the in-game console, and type 'te', for the texture editor.

As I said, I'm not so much use for playfields.

    ---------

    You do the orbit ;)

Use the Akua orbit playfield.yaml, and modifiy it. Compare with other playfields to get the POIs and resources that you want.
