Gun Pod, Mk. 4 410 Iron 73 Silicon 80 Copper 5 guns one ammo box sm. gen 2 t1 Fuel 4 sm. solar panels and a battery covered in lg steel blocks. 486 tons makes it a mosquito-class building. (Amusing note: Outpost, Mk. I weighs 491 tons ) Enjoy.
Tests on experimental 8.0 go on. I feel like this is my biggest challenge yet, spawning the CV again. I already doubled the size of my house roof.. looks like another 1 or 2 doublings will be needed. And this is only a starter ship.
Yesterday and the day before I worked on converting three default HVs into farm equipment only to complete two conversions, begin the third and realize I have to start over from scratch on all three. They don't show me as the builder even after replacing the core and all other blocks. So now I get to rebuild. From the ground up. Curse you Captain Jack! Kidding. Yours just happens to be the only name I can remember from last night. So anywho, once I get the rebuilds done, I can still do the before and after pics so I can post them. I think you guys will really like the harvester.
Well goodness, I think it would be a normal reaction to a builder of the popularity of Fractalite calling some little Thing I made 'Beautiful Work' . My head would swell but I already wear size 8 hats and can't afford the increase in yardage. and I suspect he may have been drinking.
You say that like you think I'm going to publish them rather than just show them or use them in my game/server. The harvester can be used for what it is but it also is fun to drive and it drifts beautifully. But mostly they are intended to be dismantled and/or re-purposed so they may not have weapons as they sit in their garages barns waiting... you never know what some hunger crazed survivor will do.
Uh huh. You just wanna blow 'em up and watch 'em burn. It's going to be a few days. I have things I have to do this week that is going to cut way down on my build time so I'm pushing to get at least the harvester done today since it's the most complicated of the three. But yeah most of what I build is intended for "civilians" or for "civilian" use. If I ever get one going, on my server, if you want combat, you're going to have to go looking for it. There isn't going to be any to speak of on the starter(s) outside of the usual man vs nature survival battles. You'll have to go hunt the [name redacted] either on your own or form a small patrol to go looking for trouble. I don't have any plans for PvP combat. To start it will be PvE and I might considered designating one area or a handful of small areas as PvP later on. Might. Don't get your hopes up though.
