The Nameplate right to the Cell reads Avalonian Prisoner called "The @spanj ", Traitor ((plays SE) German Prisoner @Hummel-o-War (pretends to be a all-reading Droid) Finish Prisoner @Taelyn™, another "gremlin" tried to convince everyone that he's innocent...we heard that before
Almost done with the interior of the crashed prison transport for the new rogue planet start. Also I see the CoQ errors in the PDA. I'll have to fix that in A12 as well, not sure what's causing it but a lot of the custom missions will need to be redone anyway.
Yeah, the PDA CoQ happens from time to time, unpredictable it is and such not easy to repeat (for me) as it does not show up all the time.
That can happen if the game can't find any suitable spawn locations for the gold deposits. It will still show up as a depletion meteor (because it's set in the playfield). That's a problem with the default BarrenMetal planet too since the gold deposits are set to spawn in tiny biomes. Thanks for letting me know about it! I just fixed it by adding a "isimportant" flag to the gold deposits so they should show up.
Do I have to restart a new game with your scenario or jsut wipe the playfield to be updated with your setting addition?
Wipe the playfield (Playfield & Template folder) when the EGS is offline is enought. When EGS starts it gets the the current data from scenario
@ravien_ff it would be nice if the "high gavity" >10g planets with the "cool" themperature of >3000°C have an large gold deposit in their hot spot - so it would be a challange to get this ;-)
Very good idea. I made those "stars" as a test. Waiting to see what alpha 12 brings before I add to them or do something a little different.
Yep ... by the way !!!! VERY GOOD WORK !!! thak you for this cool scenario. I have running it on my server and PLAY empyrion in a (for me) unkown galaxie - have a lot of fun not to know every single stone in the galaxy ;-)
Rogue starting planet and one of its lava moons, as seen from the surface of another lava moon. On the moons you can find the ores needed to build a capital vessel and escape, or you could take over a damaged Zirax ship in orbit and get it repaired.
We ran across one of your custom planets, type was listed as "midnight" I believe. High gravity and very dark. Is there any way to mitigate the darkness? Not even night vision helps
There shouldn't be anything in the game so dark that night vision doesn't help. Might be a bug. What is your contrast and brightness settings in-game? Are they both basically set to zero? You can have issues with night vision if they are too far from zero. A contrast setting of 2 or 3 is nearly pitch black even with night vision.
