? can poi:ship be adm protected without a core ?

Universe Redux 10.x found Titan back, mult tool does not work on it, new core can not be placed but it does not have any core (adm). How is this possible ?

 

If a POI is assigned a faction but has no core, then it cannot be claimed or salvaged.

I believe, if I recall correctly, POI's set to regenerate also cannot have cores placed.

 

Yes. You can still salvage them though.
