This chat is useless. However, there are so many questions that not everyone can be answered. Much better that the "host" talks to the dews and shows you what to expect. Questions can then be answered in the forum. It would be more comfortable to follow the stream.
It is because the developers do not come to the webcam themselves, for whatever reason. So a host for the Q&A is needed every time. Makes thins complicated, if you ask me, not to mention those mic volumes all mixed up, in a way some are heard louder while others hardly. I believe a forum or discord AMA, would be more suitable.
I hope @spanj will have someone else monitor the chat and pull out the questions, remove duplication and post a list for Spanj to pull from. I think one if his friends sort of did this last time, but it has room for improvement/streamlining. The role of presentor, questioner and onscreen demonstrator is more than enough, without trying to monitor twitter and you tube live chat. Hopefully spanj has a pre-agreed script or checklist, to ensure the agreed A12 features are covered, not forgotten when pursuing an interesting discussion point. Etc Also covering the key features in a timely fashion at the beginning of the stream before launching into discussion may help to keep this time controlled, which is very important. I am certainly looking forward to the event, it should be very informative.

On my list. Lets first find a solution for a manual several-suns jump. We have updated quite a few of the Polaris POI like that. But the amount of POI is quite..high. So if you see one, let us know. Can you give me an example? (Maybe it is too late in the evening..but i do not understand the question) Needs a full new version of the voxel system. Not anytime soon i am afraid (What you mean is block models that do not visually occupy a full block, but do so in terms of colliders) We added several new playfields with a lot of new biomes (like a Forste Moon, The Legacy Planet etc, coming with A12) Slight changes yes and a full rewrite for Base and Vessels. Not really on our prio list yet, but interesting idea Short answer: Yes. But this relates to a collider rework as well. Added a lot of "furniture reworks" to the list already. Also a nicer book shelf Not at the forseeable future at least (Also a performance concern to some extend) We plan to add new NPC and Creatures in one of the next updates. Maybe also A plant monster, but probably not the same. Will look into it, but can't promise at the moment Quest/Rewards > yes. In case questions are still answered : Is game time mechanic going to be changed/improved? Example, right now the player sleeps but hanger o2 levels are not lowered. Another example, if the player sets an autominer, condenser or water generator and leaves planet, when coming back after some game time (i.e. after visited a moon) those devices pick up working from where they were left upon player exiting the playfield. Same goes for the sprout's growing, although I do not use them often to be sure.
This is actually a bug then, as leaving stuff behind or sleeping should forward their progress/stats. Plz report in the bug section, thx!
I think what he's meaning to ask here is when there will be interactive displays on dashboard(s) of a vessel that represent real time info of certain measurements instead of the standard displays on devices. Info perhaps not shown on the flightsystem displayed hologram when you sit at the helm. Or perhaps other devices in general. Example : temperature of (something)
